Custom Sounds - Poll

Just curious - how many of you use custom sounds with your touch panel? Maybe a "whoosh" or "zap" type noise when page flipping or a "popping" (like TiVo) when pressing buttons? I've been thinking it'd be cool to do, but am worried it's get "old" just like the default sounds.
