SVSI encoders in classified/unclassified meeting room?

Has anyone gotten the OK to install streaming video encoders in mixed classification room? I got HDBaseT OK'ed but I think I'll have trouble now that I am using IP based transport. Classified network rules are different from media signal rules. If you got it by DSS I would be grateful to hear how. I think SVSI is the way to go so I need to get this approved.

Not without an air gap. In fact, It's pretty amazing how much SD stuff is still the only accepted delivery format.
