touch panel front page

How do I change the start page on a touch panel? I have looked all through the TP4 program and can't find a way. I did it before but forgot how.

In TP Design Go to, FIle--> Project Properties -->Panel Setup Information and in Power Up/Inactivity settings select POWER UP Page from the drop down list.
