TPI-PRO-2 No Boot

I have a TPI-PRO-2 that has decided to not come back after a power cycle. Cannot connect via Serial or IP, network port has no lights, status light does not blink, no output on either of the VGA outputs. I do have a green power light, so it is getting power (tried a different power supply too). Was hoping it was a CF card issue, but it doesn't appear that there is a CF card slot. Any other ideas before this heads to the scrap bin?
