MSD-1001 Problem...

Howdy all. Curious if anyone has any ideas...

Have 2 MSD-1001 panels installed. Got a call today from the customer and they said that one panel wouldn't even turn on and the other was sorta working (page flips only).
Had the customer reset the panels via power cycle and everything came back fine.

In the system is a DVX-3250 and the 2 panels. It's installed in a corporate environment and therefore no internet or connection to the corporate network (that's the way they wanted it).
Two thoughts...

First, since it's not connected to the network, we have just a Luxul switch installed. Maybe need a router or better switch?

Second, we have had many storms lately. Perhaps there was a brown out and it caused the system to lock up? Will be putting a UPS in just in case.

Got issue recently. Came from the processor stuck in Booth mode due of overheating need add more ventilation and problem gone away.

Thanks for the reply. Has been fine since. Processor is in an over-sized rack with plenty of ventilation. Will keep an eye on it...
