Modero screen burn-in

Has anyone experienced an image burning into the screen on a Modero TP?

I didn't think it was possible but I've had it happen on one 17" panel. Others with the same image have not had this problem.

Modero Burn-in

Unplug the Modero overnight and it will go away. Make sure the modero is going to sleep after wakeup. I have been through this. The panels do not burn but get a shadow image if the display is on a static image for extended periods.

There were some "bad" 17" TFTs built into the CV17 panels, which really burnt in....

Contact Tech Support describing the problem and with serial number of the panel. AMX can locate the bad panels with the serial number.
