NXB-CCG for Occupancy Sensing

Has anyone done this without RMS? I will begin studying the module code shortly, but would prefer to write my own code. Something as simple as occupancy should be easy right, but non-NetLinx devices like this often have a lot of management overhead even for the most basic stuff.
Thanks!
Thanks!

You can use any standard security motion detector to an IO and just supply the motion 12vdc for power. Do you need to do wireless and that's why you're looking at lutron PIRs

I wish it were that easy! This client already has deployed NXB-CCG gateways with the Lutron occ sensors using RMS in some buildings. Although this project will not involve RMS initially, the client prefers to use wireless and maintain RMS future compatibility.
