Java issue with AP WEB

We have just upgraded our computers to Win 7. We are having a Jav issue with the AP Web controller link. We are not able to open the popup. I have attached a screen shot of the java error message.

I tried to roll back to java 7 but my computer makes me go back to java 8. I tried using IE 9 and Chrome.
