Decoding Met-Ecom to VGA or HDMI

I have a client with two Met Ecom's along with 14 5MP IP cameras. The 5 MP Cameras load very slowly on the TP's so I am going to serve up the cameras on the displays using a Geovsion IP Decoder. They 5 MP cameras serve up well and use the H.264 Codec. The Met Ecom's use the H.263 protocol. Are the streams similar?


Does anyone have experience decoding the Met Ecoms into an HDMI or VGA stream. Any guidance is appreciated.
