Batch update touch panel sleep settings

Is there a way to remotely set the touch panel sleep, and wake on motion settings? Either through telnet or send_commands. I'd really rather not walk to each touch panel and change the settings individually.

I don't know of any way to do this from code, plus it's also an unprotected panel setting that the user can change at any time without knowing the 1988 password. So usually I just show them where they can change it and let them decide how long or short they like it.

The only exception to that is for on panel video playback, then I'll add a <1 minute repeating timeline to make sure the panel stays awake while video is showing:
