IP Cameras to the TV

I have a client with 16 5MP IP Cameras and they want the ability to see the cameras individually on their TV. The TP's are very slow to load a 5MP camera because of memory limitations on the panels. I was looking at the GeoVision IP Decoder and was wondering if anyone had experience with the device. The specs say it will manage/display up to 64 devices.
If I read it correctly I can load the IP address of each camera in the order I desire and the user can then select a camera or run through them sequentially.
Any input or suggestions are appreciated.

Looks like you have a good solution already. The one have used is from NextLevel HD decoder. You can set up "channels" on the decoder, on each channel is a H.264 stream, MPEG-4, or JPEG stream from an IP camera. Then using IR you can go to a channel. Not sure of the limit of channels, possibly 255.
On a side note, the TPControl app works great with IP cameras. I have had 6 IP cameras on a single screen simultaneously without an issue.
