S series dynamic images?

I have a job with 3 10" and 3 7" S series and one of the 10" TP isn't diplaying dynamic images and I pretty sure it did when first installed. Same tp file is loaded on all similar sized panels and all other panels work fine, same firmware, latest on 10" panels.

So are there known issues With these panels or do I need to re-examine my network since the cameras are on a different vlan subnet and I'm using a layer 3 POE switch with inter vlan routing. The ports appear to be config'd the same for all TPs and the port based ACLs are the same but I could be missing something.
