RIP Tal Rules
It has been a while since he has visited these parts, but back in the day he was one of our most active members.
Tal (aka Rolland) has succumbed to his long-time battle with cancer.
For those of you who remember him, take a minute to recall the jazzy flair he brought to this board, along with his magnanimous sense of humor.

I can relate some, as I spent the last 4 out of 5 years, since y'all have seen me here, battling a terminal illness, as well. It was so bad, I wanted to give up at times, but you keep fighting for your life.
I'm over the worst for now, and in remission.
I was too sick to want to play guitar, so I stopped visiting the site. I haven't pulled one of my guitars out of it's case in 5 years. Coming by here for a visit, so sad to hear the news about Tal.
I hope the angels threw down some nice jazz riffs on those tasty golden harps, welcoming him to heaven.
