GNX4 and Acoustic Guitars

Anyone ever run into a problem running an acoustic guitar through the GNX4? I don't get any output from the acoustics. I tried under saddle in my 12 string and both a single coil 'woodie' and a piezo snap on pickup. I just don't get enough output to hear much or record.

I have been using the good old microphone for guitar and vocals but there has got to be something I am missing. This thing has enough adjustments to make your head spin!

    I have two acoustix: a Dean Exotica with a Fishman under-saddle pup, and a Taylor T5, with a variety of pups built in. Both work beautifully though my GNX.
    Problem is likely with the pup/s you're using and their output, not the GNX. That said, you might wanna plug the git'r into something else, like an amp, and see if it's putting out output. If it sounds fine, check your patches on the GNX to see if they're suitable for what you're doing with it. Also, make sure your guitar, or DI or preamp, whatever you're using to get the signal out of the git'r, has a good battery/power source...
    'Course...the simplest solution would be to have me come over and sort it out for you, which I'd gladly do in exchange for Bar Rafaeli's cell phone #... :P
