I'd like a copy of this but can't find it anywhere.

Is it possible to have a copy made if I paid for it and shipping?

    It's been out of print for some time. You can sometimes find a copy on ebay, and you might try googling it to see if any come up for sale. It'd be hard to copy it, since it's not loose-leaf...although I'd suspect that .pdf or other electronic copies exist...
    Or...if you prefer, I'll come over and teach you everything you ever wanted to know about the GNX. All you gotta do is get Kristen Stewart to dump her pathetic, rich, famous, handsome, adoring boyfriend and go out with me. :P

    Obviously you've never seen Christi Brinkley on the beach in her bikini when she was in her 20s. Now thats worth something.
