Last I knew they were @ $75.00/$85.00 - You pay shipping one way and they ship it back to you .

Any changes to that policy ?

I broke a plastic stomp pedal and my tuner isn't stable .

Call and get an RA number first, otherwise they won't accept it.

Yup - don't send anything to the service department without a Return Authorization clearly visible on the package. It won't go through.

Did you mean something else?
