RP355 Firmware Update Failure
I just bought a RP355 last week. It had the store-bought firmware 1.1. So I went online and saw that I should upgrade the firmware to the current level 1.4. I downloaded NetUpdater1.0.1.exe from this site and followed all directions.
The upgrade got almost to the end then gave a failure notice with an option to restart. I tried but it continues to fail. Now when I power up the RP355 the LEDs just say \"UPGRADE\" as if to tell me, \"Hey stupid, see what following directions gets you\"?
It does not work, it will not reboot to factory settings. The unit is effectively dead. Any workarounds, or do I pack it up and return it to the guitar store?
