Thinning down the hear. Guitars for sale!!!
15 guitars is just too many. Thought I'd sell a few for other people to enjoy them, rather than letting them sit in their case..

I'm going to intonate it for low B and high G, instead of the low F#.
Here's a demo I threw up of the old beat up 69 Paul..
Man cool Demo Tal 8) I'ts wierd to hear you playin like that! Sounded great! good job!
You spend so much time, and put in so much effort, once you get past the hobbyist and to the obssessed stage it just doesn't make any sense to me to be playing an instrument and always comparing it to the axe you really wanted. When you finally get that instrument, you really don't even look at any others. By the time most guys have bought those three or four guitars that were their 2nd choice, they could have been playing 1st choice all along.
Besides that...2nd choice for me, might be somebody elses 1st choice. So in my case I had a roomful of really cool axes, that just werent' getting played. It broke my heart to send some of them away, but in reality, they're going to a home to be enjoyed and actually played, rather than just sitting in a case.
I can honestly say, I'm really not jonesing for any gear at all. Like you and your songwriter, I've got my L5 and my Triggs. Thats all I really need or desire. I basically kept the other 6 for my son to mess around with. But from what I've seen I think he's down to 2. My 57 reissue LP, and his Ramirez. So more gear may be coming up for sale in the future..
Now Amps....That's an entirely different matter. A guy just can't have enough amps...LOL..
Wait... Isn't that exactly the reason we use modeling workstations?
Even so, I just ordered a Gilmore Jr. 1/2 watt tube amp kit from Rich at Guytronix. I'm already warming up my soldering iron!
