Recording loops with effects on the JamMan
Given the normal configuration is Guitar > JamMan > AMP, how does one record a simple loop with an amp effect ( as one sees in the youtube demos!). Are they using two amps? Guitar> AMP1> JamMan > AMP2 ??
I realize one can pre-record a number of loops, with effects, by using the the computer ( Guitar > AMP > PC), and then USB them to the JamMan, but how does one create the on-the-fly loops?
Only thing I can thing of, with one amp, is to throw in some extermal switches so that when recording the loop, the config is Guitar > AMP > JamMan, and when playing along with that loop, switch the config back to nromal Guitar > JamMan > AMP .
Am I missing something?
