Welcome to the new Guitar Workstation® Sound Community. This Community is a result of many requests for a more organized solution to some very valuable information regarding DigiTech products. This forum features some vast improvements over the other forum:

• This forum has two moderators who will assist in ensuring a quality experience

• Thanks to the moderators and their great suggestions in organizing this forum, topics are conveniently listed into three main categories which will enable users to more quickly locate their a desired FAQ topic

• FAQs will always be available instead of getting buried by current posts

• There are strong profanity filters in place to eliminate the abuse you may have witnessed in the other forum

• IP addresses of abusive users will be blocked in an effort to eliminate/prevent abuse

    I am happy to be part of the digitech community, i was looking for a way to express my undieing gratittude to a member of the technical staff at harmon. This thanks goes out to reza for saving my rp 250. By some unforseen act of terrorism one of my step-daughters spilled an unknown toxic substance on my pedal.what ever it was worked its way into the board and micro-processors.my usual guitar tech looked at it and told me all i needed was the a/c jack , digitech tech sean listened to my story and sent me one on the house.i had it installed by my computer guy (tim at affordable pc in iron mt. Mi. )and he sensed there was a bigger problem. And sugessted i speak to a digitech tech. I did and an hour latter the rp 250 was going across country. 2 days latter i received a voice message from reza at harmon. He left no detail just a phone number . I was really anxious to see if it could be saved and called him right back.to my misfortune we are in extremely different time zones and missed him by hours. Early the next morning i called harmon and reza was in. I asked him for the bad news,thinking it was dead. He said in his special foreign voice,\" no it's fixed\". Man was i happy.i had gone a month with out my baby,and although my marshall sounds good by itself, i could not record or do anything creative. I just got it back and it's better than new . Every effect and tone is crisp and it seems more capable than ever of altering my moods whenever i turn it on. So finally i am ever indebted to this stranger named reza. Thank you. If your ever in the upper penninsula of mi. Reza look me up . :
