  What you are looking for is a guitar synth, like the Roland GR-20 used in this video.

  This is harder to manage than it looks, to actually play a decent sax phrase.
  These synths are pretty cool though and do offer allot of different sounds.
  
  As far as getting a saxophone sound from the RP 350...
  you'd have to mess around with a low C tuning, and try alittle Whammy and some reverb...
  then after total frustration, go buy a synth.
