1. Does anyone know how to update the firmware on the Jamman pedal? Currently when I turn it on it says 1.2

Is this the latest version? If not where and how do I update.

2. Does anyone have any problems when using a true bypass pedal in front of their jam man. Currently I have a seymour duncan shape shifter and it makes an audible click when I turn it on and off. However if I just run it straight to my amp there is no click. Only when in front of the jam man.

    I don't have the Jamman pedal, but since nobody has answered your post, I thought I would at least offer up what I would do. I'd call Digitech support and just ask them your questions directly. Since nobody seems to have picked up on your question, maybe the best solution is just to contact Digitech support yourself. Last time I talked to Digitech support, they were fantastic. But that was about 3 years ago, so I don't know if they are still providing excellent customer support. If you contact Digitech support, let us know if they were helpful and if their support team is still top notch. Times changes, but I hope they still have their support team working for us.
