Problem with Digitech XBD

2 days ago I've bought this pedal and on first 'playtest' it began to auto-turn-off after 10 minutes of playing, and don't turn-on again, until I unplag all cords and wait for 10 minutes, then it work again..for 10 minutes...Thought, that problem was in battery, bought new one, but problem is still here...Now I noticed, that before it turn-off, there is a high frequency increasing noise for 5-10 seconds. What problem with my pedal? Can I do something to make it work how it should, or it's warranity case and I have to go to this shop?..

    Man, I have no idea.. two days? I say take it back and exchange it .. No send it out crap! get the new one open it up and play it right there in the store to make sure it don't act up!
