Problem with digitech rp3

Hi, a few days ago one of mi aunt gave me an digitech rp3.. i conected all the cables, but it doesnt sound anything, the rp3 works perfectly, i can use all the software but i dont know why it just doesnt sound :S.... i conect the cable from the guitar to the input, the another cable from output (Mono) of rp3 to my amp and doesnt sound... i try to usea other cables and other outputs but still dont sound :S... does anybody can help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Could be the wrong power supply. What is your geographical location (country) and what are the power specifications on the power supply?

Do you have the correct power supply?

make sure it is a 9VAC (not DC) @ 750ma.

Do you get sound from the Headphone jack?

Check the master vol control?

Check the master level assign of the expression pedal. page 17

Try a factory reset?

I have a adapter 9v 1000Ma Oo.... it works perfectly at the aprt of software, i check it all and nothing :S... i can hear a little of the guitar but its like i have no effect, its like it was plugged just in the amp... and sounds pretty low :S.... i tryed all including the reset factory and nothing happends :S... :S.... adn i get a sound from the headphone but too low :S

the power suply its ok its an 9vac 1000 mA...

... what can i do??? i have to buy a new one??

yes, it will need to be 9VAC, Dc will not work properly
