FINALLY!!!
I finished my project.
to start, here's what I started with.

I cut the amp in half......

Then I started to make the new speaker cab.....

Notice the rubber feet on the side so I can have it upright as well.

The cab itself costed me....
15.00 - 3/4\" 2'x4' birch ply
10.00 - grill
4.00 - plywood saw blade
6.00 - spray paint
2.00 - paint can trigger
2.00 - T-Bolts for the speakers
6.00 - sand paper
for a total of $44.00, give or take a few.
It would have costed me more, but I already had a little bit of salvaged birch, corners, a handle, casters, screws.......ect.....
But for now I'm only running one of the speakers until I get 2 speakers that are 16ohms (the ones I have are 8, and my amp is rated at 8ohms)

But it does look good!
IC U still got that supersize capo on that guitar! :P
I did think about getting two 4ohm speakers and wire them in series, but the 16ohm ones seem a little easier to come by. I think it has to do with the fact that most guitar amps only go as low as 8ohms. I also thought maybe I could get them to stay at 8ohms if I wire them series/parallel. But that only works with 4 speakers. It sounds so good now though I'm afraid of getting new speakers and not having it sound as good. The Randall Jaguar I'm running right now was originally made for Randall by Celestion (based on the G12) and it sounds AWESOME!!! I wish I could just get a couple of those, but they don't make them anymore.
That would be interesting. Would two speakers at 16 ohms sound as loud as one speaker at 8 ohms? I wonder if he would lose a lot of power output going into 16 ohms versus 8 ohms. My concern was that a 25 watt amp might be pushed down to a 12.5 watt amp and not put out much volume at all. I really don't know. So it would be a good experiment.
Haven't noticed any difference. I'll keep that in mind next time I use it. I mainly use the \"power amp in\" jack with my GNX3K, so any hum in that part is canceled.
