Headphone volume on RP 250

I have an RP250 that I use for practising at home but the volume through headphones is really low even when fully turned up. Anyone know how to resolve this? It makes playing along to backing tracks difficult.

Maybe the pedal is assigned to volume . and needs pressed up or down how ever it is configured/

Even whe the pedal is fully pressed down the volume is pretty low....
