rp350 HELP!!!!!!!!!

<div style="displaynone">fiogf49gjkf0d</div>i have a problem with my rp350. When i plug in the power it doen't load up, it just has a dash on the screen. I tried holding store like it says in the book, but that doesn't so anything. It says\"when it boots up\". But its not booting up. Is it stuffed or can anyone help me?

Try holding in the amp A/B switch and the up edit button as you plug in the power, this should put it in updater mode, then run the updater from Resources>Software at www.digitech.com
