gnx3000 patch convertor

i know this has probably been covered 1000 times but...can i convert gnx4 patches to gnx3000? any possible way? even just basic eq settings? i have a million gnx4 patches and i'd like to convert some of them to gnx3000. i made 5 patches on the gnx3000 and i really liked the thickness of the distortion better then the gnx4. i also have the gsp1101 and have a few presets made for it. if the gsp1101 had pickup sim and warp, it would be the bomb. help please? thanks

how much diffrent are the two? can you just look at what you had the settings at and go as close as you can? im assumming you can still look at the old patchs or you wouldnt be wanting to convert them

i don't have the old gnx4 anymore so i can't open the presets in x-edit. also, some of the presets were based on supermodels warped together so there would be no way to reverse engineer them by looking at the presets because the amp names were not standard gnx4. i would need some software that strictly looked at the eq and filters and assigned them accordingly. i believe the gnx4 has 2 more eq's than the gnx3000 so the sound wouldn't be exact. but it would be nice to get close.

itll be alot of work but the best thing to do is pick your favorites and sit down and try to get them close, it shouldnt be too hard if you made em in the first place

i didn't create the originals, they were mfx supermodels. i warped several of them to create presets, which were then warped to create more presets. i have made some presets for the gnx3000 which are close. i posted them for download.
