I was over at that jam session place....... I felt like a country boy, on his first visit to a big city!

I couldn't get all the forum features to work right...... No one gave me a plausible answer on how to get it working! I know if it happened here, some one would have been johnny on the spot with a solution! But they do have a 100 smilie options to choose from... :shock: :lol::lol::lol:

    WOW that did not take long for them to get the site back up & running at all!! 8) Yeah it deffinetly good to have the forum back up! I did miss checking in for new post's some! never know when you might learn or Hear something new , or even be able to share & help someone out! 8)

    That's where I wanted to go ( guitar logic? )but I forgot the address and didn't save it to fav's the last time I was there! I don't know if iliace still has the link in his signature. Oh well...

    That session place is big! Kinda like going to a night club in a tourist town. Your there, but no one wants to know ya! As opposed to the local watering hole. Where everybody knows ya! LoL \" Cheers\" :lol::lol:

    Speakin' for myself...I'm ecstatic the forum is up again. You guys are my community, since I live in a place where your only value as a musician is the ability to play bluegrass, blues, a dobro or a mandolin or a harmonica or a djembe. Someone who plays an electric anything is considered a tech snob and a sellout. :roll:
    I, like Rawb, wandered over to the JS site, and frankly, I felt the same way about it. Neat site, tons of categories and info and discussions, but a little ponderous.
    The one thing I did like is that that have a noob area, where one can go and ask stupid questions without incurring the ridicule of the more seasoned members. And yet, noobs would go in the other areas and ask the same stupid questions...must be something in the genetics of git'rists... :lol:

    What?! :? You guys had somewhere else to go? I was in PANIC when I couldn't get this to open, almost like the day of Armaggedon! I paced the house, wondering what to do!

    Of course nearly dying from bronchitis this week didn't help me to concentrate much, either...

    But, Thank God, we made it through, and here we are! :D
