Heavy Metal drum tracks or presets
Does anyone knows any good quality metal drum tracks. Basically, I am looking speed/thrash metal drum tracks I can play rhythm over it. Not real band (Metallica, Megadeth etc...) backing tracks, but just a drum and bass thrash or speed metal tracks I can solo and rhythm over it.
I am using GNX3000 and those that came with it are not real good.
I've looked in different places on web but no luck.
Thanks in advance

They don't have to be free as long as they're quality.
I don't have GNX4 but GNX3000. Will it work with GNX3k?
Thanks again
I use Harmony Assistant, it is a very powerful Notation Program, able to create all kinds of music using Notation and Tab, and can disect midi files for converting to tab.
Anyway you can manipulate all your instrument sounds and effects, After a lot of trial and error Ive created many a drum and bass tracks for recording covers that sound pretty good, at times hard to distinguish from a real set. I started creating from midi myself because of the same problem you are having, its hard to find good tracks and most samples are poor or not the sound you are after.
Creating your own stuff is very satisfying if you're willing to give the learning a go, you can use either the standard stave or grid drums and you can write the bass on either a stave or in tab, it has tonnes of help files and tutorials and doesnt really take that long to get the hang of. And besides that if you create a riff you can tab it out and see how some drums sound behind it, the guitar sounds are mostly rubbish but if you get a good drum sound and record or insert it into a multitrack program you can record your guitar track on top.
Check it out it can do a tonne of stuff, it changed my entire opinion on the versatility of MIDI, and if its not what your looking for you can still use it for creation. Its not free but well worth the price.

However, eventually I will have to start using something like that.
I don't need anything fancy. Just some metal/rock drum patterns. I found lots of blues patters, BT's and loops, but good metal BT's (especially for thrash) are hard to find.
Ive never found any worth using even finding any was so few and far between......I dont know why there aren't some gooduns out there, I just resorted to creating my own.
