Gnx 3000 Software problem

I recently purchased GNX 3000, I am happy with it but when I loaded the software package that came with it and tried to open Pro Tracks Plus it opens and an error appears CWPTX.EXE has encounted a problem and needs to close.we are sorry for the inconvenience. I have unistalled 3 times and reinstalled,with the usb connected, My computer runs on Windows XP, HELP please .

    What happens after the install? Does PTP open normally and when you use a project it crashes?

    Uninstalling can work, but be sure to remove the folder in Program Files directory so no remnants of the corrupted program are being retrieved.

    What is your sys hardware?

    Can you open PTP project without the GNX3000? Or does it only error when the GNX3000 is connected?

    PTP wont open with or without USB, It wont open fully before error message appears so I cant get to use at all, Systems Hardware AMD Athlon 64 processor, 3500+,2.21 GHZ, 1.00 GB of RAM.I will uninstall again and make sure all has been removed as suggested.
