Need help with MultiChorus

I recently bought a Digitech digital multi voice chorus pedal and its been working great up until this last week. Now, whenver I plug it into my rig (either battery or power adapter), the LED indicator flashes red three times, and the pedal goes completely dead. Ive emailed and called the Digitech support lines, but they havent reached me back yet, and its been a week now. I was wondering if anyone knows of a simple solution or fix to this problem, or if I need to take it in for repairs.

Sounds like a repair issue. is it under warr? did you contact the dealer?

I bought it off my cousin, who had it for only a few months at the time. I don't have a warranty for it, so I was just wondering if it was a quick fix or not. Its a great pedal, so I'll deffinetly put the money into it if it does need the repairs.

If it's still within the warrenty date, maybe your cousin could send it back for you.

check for a loose wire going to the battery or try a power adapter :?
