i could use some help!!!! pls (xedit and rp350)
okok im new to digitech products i just bougth a brand new rp350 ... the problem im having is that x-edit wont work on my pc it displays an error wich say something like theres no device plugged in or maybe other device is using midi ... or usb drivers are not correctly installed... also i have installed the CUBASE le4 wich was included on the cd that i received with my rp350 and im having trouble to download the license .. it says that my date/time are not correct but infact they are.. what could i do to fix this?????? i am going crazy here i just bougth this and cant use it to record!!! and thats what i want to dooooo plsplspls hel me TY in ADVANCE... here some data:
1.-im running on windows xp sp2 with dot net 2.0
2.- im using the drivers/software provided with the cd on my product box..
3.- i have never used midi hardware on pc so theres no old softwares or anything like that also just formated my harddrive like 3 days agoo... so its a \"clean windows with automatic updates on... :!:

For drivers, you need to run the install and follow every option, especially when DRIVERS SIGNING appears.. always click continue anyway for all driver installs until the PC reports back \"your hardware is ready to be used\"
You can verify by checking drivers
Start> Cont Panel> System> Drivers Tab
verify the needed drivers are there
