A little tune on my day off

Hey,

Finally got sometime to mess around with this Reaper software. Came up with this very simple little tune/jam.

Nice little jam. Loved the break section. Maybe a little too much chorus on the rhythm git'r. Maybe a lot too much?
Glad the s/ware is working for you. I really need to give it a try, but frankly I've come to prefer h/ware recording; it's \"user-firendly\", whereas I spend way to much time yanking off the computer, instead of playing. :?

I miss my old 3000. Wish it hadn't a crapped out on me.
I was hoping The new RP500 would be designed somewhere along a better version of it but it doesn't look like it will be.
I liked having the Mic input on it too.
Oh well, maybe next year.

Not sure about the Rythem Guitar? Almost sounds out a little? Unless you were going for that kind of effect? Who am I to say? Way to whale on that thing torwards the end Slash!! You had that guitar making sounds I don't think I've ever heard! Great Expression! 8) Keep reepon with reaper bro!

Shredd and Partch, thanks for listening. Yea, I think its to much chorus also, and thats what making it sound a little out of tune. I haven't figured out how to get a subtle amount of chorus with reaper yet.

Its a great piece of software, I just gotta spend some more time with it.

Its funny how sometimes you recored something and you think its pretty good, then you listen back the next day and you think wow thats crap

Been there, done that - way too often. :oops: So now, I never rush to \"finish\" anything...when I think I'm \"done\", I leave it for a day or so, then listen again to make sure it's how I want it before I post it or otherwise make it \"final\". I've done so many recordings that I ended up improving drastically just by adding, or taking out, something. Good thing Geffen's patient with me.

I really like the beat and gota say the rhy guitar is right on. That revin up sound just at the mid break is mighty cool too. thanks for the tune.

Hey thanks DenSco, the revin up sound was a fluke, only when I listened back I realised what it sounded like
