G/A/S - it's relentless

OK - I need a rack case or bag for a peice o' gear. It's only 2 rack spaces high but it's nealry 16\" deep (plus a coupla inches for plugs, if possible.) It also weighs over 40 pounds (it's an amp) so the case or bag shouldn't be too heavy.
Lastly...since I play out so rarely, it doesn't need to be road- or cargo-duty; it just needs to house the unit. And of course it should cost less than a pack of gum :roll: or at least inexpensive...
Anybody got any leads or tips or links, or one to sell? (and yes, I've cruised ebay and looked into building one...neither is very cost-effective option...)

    There are rack bags... they are sort of semi hard case thingos. Actually I dont really have any idea, possibly due to the fact that I dont own a single piece of standardised rack gear.

    GAS doesn't affect you 'cuz everything in AU costs so dam much!!! :shock:
    Actually, I like rack bags...it's not like I'm on a world tour or anything. They're light and easy to carry.
    Anybody got a 2-space they can let me have? Not too pricey?

    You better believe it... the gnx4 is over $1000 still. Take into account the exchange rate and it still is over twice the US price... :cry:

    That's painful dude. I'd probably spend AU$1000 a week just taking out those Aussie cuties, which I find utterly irresistable.
    Oh well. At least you don't have to pay for Iraq, while bridges fall down from disrepair and people sleep in poisonous boxes. :evil:
