Better is One Day

Here’s a cover hymn by a guy named Matt Redman. I think it was written in the mid ‘90s. I had a lot of fun producing and performing it.

  • Very nice! We do a rather straight-forward acoustic version of that one, but I liked your unique arrangement.

  • Thanks Guys. About the drums… I use a Boss DR-670. It has like 200 kits, patterns and fills. It’s very programmable, but I sample it on to the PC. I match the beats per minutes between the grid and the drum machine and align it in time. Then I can split the audio, mix, match and arrange it any way I want. Once I have that done, I’ll play the rest with my fingers on the pads and bounce the clips together to get exactly what I’m after. 8)

Great cover though. I'm new to the praise and worship stuff, so I've never heard this one before, but man that sounds sweeet.
