Mangling The Classics #10
Ooooookay.

This is an old fave of mine, an instrumental I always dug. It's a killer tune for a compilation of \"gettin' jiggy w/the Mrs\" music.
I did it all live - no looping or anything - and even managed to program my drum machine for this song. I'm SO proud.
It's not quite as \"polished\" as I'd like; a combination of minimal time for rehearsal, comparative lack of talent, and the absence of Shania Twain rubbing my shoulders between takes conspire to make it a rough job...but I'm still pretty happy with it.
This is the first time I really worked out the new Tascam; it really helped to have the \"right\" gear. I couldn't have done this on my Fostex.
GNX4, Jackson Performer, Dean acous/elec, Ibanez bass, Roland Juno-60, ZOOM drum machine. And of course, starring my new Tascam 2488!

Cool post. 8)
Sounds good to me! Nice song structure, very upbeat and happy sounding tune.
