Tasha's In Love

And...here it is. The final of the Tasha Trilogy.

Whew...this one was a lot of \"production\" work, but I'm pretty happy with it. Yeah, I still did some looping, but most of it was recorded live.
This \"song\" is actually less coherent than the others, since it's the background for a sequence of scenes in my little head-movie. So there's six parts:
*Tasha has pulled through the bad times and is getting along, one day at a time...
*She's actually starting to enjoy life again...
*She unexpectedly meets a great guy (yeah, OK, it's me... )
*They're together now, the good times are happening, and she's starting to \"feel it\"; she's falling in love...
*Then there's the \"magic moment\", when they both realize just how in love with each other they are...
*And the out-tro; Tasha and her guy live \"happily ever after\"...

  • Hey Shredd that is cool 8) There is some realy nice guitar work & tone in this :D
  • :D I like a good trilogy. Alot of nice work here Shred :!:
  • This is sooo Kewl! Luv it! The story (dream) aspect of it is great too. I can almost see it (my imaginations interpretation). If you ever flesh this out with visuals or video or whatever I'd love to see it. Nice job!
  • Thanks a bunch! I really enjoyed doing this, even though it was more work than I usually put into a song/s. I'd LOVE to do some kind of video or photography for this.
I'm very impressed and inspired by kirkbauer1's stuff, and it got me thinking about music that was sort of visually inspired, soundtrack/background/mood music type stuff. And given that i live in the wilds of western WY where cows outnumber people and women are more interested in dogs than men...dreaming up a love story wasn't much of a challenge. It was surely a much lesser challenge than I've had trying to write \"real\" songs! (see my \"Mangling The Classics\" series, which continues to this day....)
  • All you need now is the script! Good Stuff! :D
