    His opening night of the new tour was to be in my hometown in a few days. Many people here are in shock myself included. I saw him once 20 some odd years ago. Brilliant entertainer! He was truly one of the greats. :cry:

    James Brown sang from his soul and moved his audiance.
    In 1971 he was preforming in Columbus Ga. I wanted to go but was told that it was open season for rabbits and that it would be a near death experience to go. No mistakeing his sound. He was and will continue to be an influceance on my music. Thank you James Brown.
