Loop Pedal Jamman how do i record a loop and keep it origina

hey i just got the loop pedal jamman an di was wondering how i can make it so that it saves the loop with whatever effects i had going at the time i guess it just records signals like if im playing with distortion on and i hit the loop it will play back distorted if im playin clean it will play back clean is there anyway to make it so that it plays it in its orignial format and not have it interfeer with what im playin

    Your question is not real clear. I gather that you want the JamMan to play back the loop with whatever effects you were using when you made the loop. If that is what you are after, then what you have to do is have the JamMan at the end of the effects chain. It has to be the effect that is attached to the amp with the cable. Example:

    Guitar>Dist>JamMan>Amp

    This way, if you make the loop playing clean, it will playback clean. If you make it playing distorted, it will playback distorted. If you go this way:

    Guitar>JamMan>Dist>Amp

    the JamMan never gets a distorted signal, and it will play back clean when you are playing clean and will play back distorted when you are playing distorted.
