Headphone inline volume control

Hey all,
My heaphones are way too loud when plugged into my mixer, and i need to control that with an inline volume control.

What ohmage pot should i get that is suitable for a headphone volume control?

Hmm :? what kind of board are you using, that does'nt have a dedicated headphone Vol.? Or what your saying is, the pot in your board is blow?

Nah the mixer has a ctrl room and phone output. But the problem is my headphones (sennhiesers that i love) have low impedence and so are uncomforatble loud. I want to be able control the headphones independant of the monitors.
