I am a GNX4 user, and I'm just cuious as to wheher .acm models that I develop or find could be used on the GNX3000.
So are the .acm models a compressed .wav sample of an amplifier? Is there a place to look for this information? I'm interested in creating my own amp models as a base but have found no information on doing so in the GNX4 manual, the power users book, or online.
I've created instrument definitions for midi-synths from base samples of various instuments and then applied modifying patches to them so it seems logical that the GNX4 would use a similar approach except for the lack of midi information entering and instead having to modify an analog singnal from the guitar pickup.
