Always With Me, Always With You
Hey there guys.

Just added some Pantheon Reverb to the rhythm guitar tracks and the percussion tracks. Much happier with the mix now. No longer dry and barren sounding.

Thanks yet again for your positive comments. Soz bout rehashing old material. Currently working on some new songs when I get spare moments (which isn't often).
Many thanks guys,
Gavin
I've been workin on a classical style piece--which I hope to record in the next week or so---classical is cool but pretty diff from what I'm used to.
so your reworked guitar-are you lovin it?
good job on your occupation-you firemen don't get the thanx you deserve
take care
paul
I'd put less reverb on the lead guitar and more on the rhythm instruments. Also pan the lead more to the right channel, and closer to the center than the rhythm guitar.
Can't wait to hear your classical piece. Keepin an eye out for it. And yes, the newly modded axe is great.
Hey there Iliace.
Thanks for your positive feedback. This was recorded on the RG before modifications. The only song I've recorded since modifying my RG has been \"Friends\".
In regard to the mix, I recorded this song before aquiring a special lead that enables me to split the signal into stereo. Thats why the guitar tracks only sound through the left channel. I record directly into my soundcard, not through the USB port. Again, the only song I have recorded since being able to pan the guitar tracks is \"Friends\". But I'm going to redo \"Always With Me, Always With You\" with stereo guitar tracks one day.
At the moment, I'm close to finishing \"Surfing With The Alien\". Just have to put the finishing touches on the drum track.
And thankyou Tim for your flattery.
