I started fooling around with this riff from old Bugs Bunny toons, and it evolved into a Heavy Metal excuse to run thru several sound patches -(Krankamp,Vai-Love...a couple IPS smart pitch shifts in 4ths and 5ths)...the riff always played during industrial scenes in the cartoons (factories,conveyor belts...) its called \"March of the Machines \" or something (?)....it cracks me up !

Cobaltblooz, I find myself humming that riff and it's been five hours since I listened for the first time, I just replayed the tune, but I have to keep the volume down since I am at work.

Thanx guys...it was fun playin it....I might try to incorporate it in the middle of a song as a breakdown jam (my band just learned \"Baby Please Dont Go\" and we inserted the main riff from \"Pipeline\" in the middle instead of the usual solo since it has the same E > G bass line) so I think this fiff could work somewhere as well...just wish I could find the title of the tune....tried Google a couple of ways, one of the \"Merrie Melodies\" composers \"Carl Stalling\" has a couple of CD's on amazon - but I can't find this riff....AND last nights Simpsons had the riff in it ! My kids were like \"DAD--THATS THE SONG YOU DID TODAY!\"
I know one of the cartoons it was featured in had an elf shoemaker set up an old guys shoe factory...and if he said \"Jumpin Jehosafat\" he turned into a mouse and needed to say \"Rumplestlskin\" to turn back...(man I LOVE old Warner Bros. cartoons)
