  the GNX4 firmware only accepts up to a 2GB

  Yeah true....SAYS it has a high transfer rate, but doesn't give any specifics. I have an older Sandisk 256 MB card right now and it works like a charm. I wouldn't see why this wouldn't work just as well. Could it be because of the Kingston card with a Fostex setup you had?
