burning MP3 files on CD for use on cdplayer as backing track
What is required format/converters to take MP3 files and burn them to CD for use in my CD player (backing tracks/jam along).
I have tried to convert to WAV file format and used Roxio to burn them, and it appears to work (and computer sees the CD as valid), but on the CD player it appears as one track (not 12) and does not play.
Any advice is appreciated.

I used to use nero, but Windows media player is way to easy.
I hope this helped some. 8)
thanks for the advice on media player....so can I assume from your response that .wav file is the format required in order to play files on normal CD player?
