How to Jam Man with a PC???
I posted this to the 3k discussion, but it can probably be answered here by anyone using the PC and protracks.
I bought the 3k thinking it had the jam man on board (wrong!). I am trying to set up a 12 bar loop in protracks. Is there a way to set the recording time for a set number of measures instead of trying to calculate the minutes and seconds? I just want the loop to playback without a hitch between the end measure and the first measure.
Seems like it shouldn't be too hard, but I can't find anything in the help file.

I think you move the mouse into the strip just above the first track where the time / measure is and 'right click' to get the option for 'set loop points'. Then just slide the points until it fits.
