huge problem need help fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i got a gnx 4 workstation that when i turn on says GNX4 for acouple of seconds then it says Version 1.1 after 5 seconds it shuts off then starts all over agin
what is wrong?????????????????!

IT's the ribbon problem. Contact digitech support or exchange it for new one.
