question about v switch

I have a new gnx4 and i try the v switch option that will enable me to turn on/off the wah and it does'nt work. I try following the manual and try tweaking the sensitivity but nothing happens. Is my unit experiencing some problems? or maybe i just miss some things to help it work. Suggestions are welcome. tnx in advance

    Vswitch sensitivity is TOE down pressure on the pedal. Pg104 The lower the number the less pressure is required to activate it within a patch.

    utility switch to VSWITCH
    turn data wheel 0-99 99 hardest pressure
    press exit

    I tried it countless times but it doesn't work. I set the sensitivity to 2 and it doesn't work. Anyway thanks for the suggestion. I'll try again maybe i'm missing something. I'll just figure it out. If not I'll try to find someone here in the philippines who does.

    after fooling around with the pedal calibration i have solve my problem bout the v-switch. Dumb me, It's all in the calibration. Anyway thanks to all that has replied to this thread. Sorry bout my signature, hope no one here will take it seriously.
