AMP/SPEAKERS

Hi, I recently bought a used Marshall Valvestate VS 230. I was wondering if it's possible to tart it up a bit ie. replace the 2 x 12 inch celestion goldbacks for something a bit better, my questions to those in the know are:

Where can I get more info on this?
Any reccommendations for speakers?
Is there anything I need to consider ie. wattage etc?

It doesn't matter now, I found everything I want to know on the celestion website.

Cheers for that m8, however I had already seen it on Harmony-Central. My prob was that I couldn't find any info about Celestion Goldback speakers. I even emailed Celestion but they wouldn't give out any info on the Goldback's. They did suggest replacements though.
